  • Estimate / quote requests. When you use our "Request a Free Estimate" form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property type (commercial or residential), the service you're interested in, and any details you include.
  • Reviews. When you submit a review, we collect your name, city/town (optional), star rating, the service (optional), and your written review.
  • Direct contact. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the information you choose to share so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the Site running.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical signals to confirm submissions come from a person and not a bot.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a limited set of cookies and browser storage:

  • Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie to verify form submissions.
  • Notice acknowledgment. Your browser's local storage remembers that you've dismissed our cookie notice so it isn't shown again.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies to measure how the Site is used (see "Analytics" below).

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information.

Analytics

We use analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it:

  • Google Analytics (provided by Google) collects usage data such as the pages you view, approximate location, and device/browser type. It may set cookies in your browser, and we enable IP anonymization.
  • Cloudflare analytics. Our Site is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides aggregate, network-level traffic analytics. This is privacy-first — it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

  • To respond to your estimate requests, schedule work, and provide our services.
  • To review, approve, and publish customer reviews (approved reviews display the name and city you provide).
  • To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and to keep the Site secure.

  • To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Site and business — for example our web host, email delivery provider, Cloudflare (security, content delivery, and spam protection), and Google (analytics) — and only as needed to perform those services.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data Retention & Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on our hosting provider's servers. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by law, then dispose of it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your Choices

  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted by contacting us below.
  • You can ask us to remove a review you submitted.
  • You can decline to provide information, though some features (like requesting an estimate) need it to work.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites (such as our forms and accounting portals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
